Dr. Susan Rice was raised in Yonkers and graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a two year surgical residency program.

Dr Rice has been practicing in Tarrytown for 29 years. In addition to her private practice, she is an Associate Professor in the Department of Podiatric Surgery at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She has been involved in the training of students and residents for 30 years.
Dr. Rice is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
She is affiliated with Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
She is dedicated to providing patients with the best care possible.
Dr. Rice and her husband live in the area with their three children.
